Dr. Thomas T. Teel, D.D.S.

Dr. Teel graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988 and completed a General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Ohio in 1989, where he received advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry. He has completed an advanced cosmetic curriculum at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and at the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco. Less than one percent of all dentists have completed this level of aesthetic training. Dr. Teel was fortunate to learn from the pioneers in modern bonded cosmetic dentistry and has been creating beautiful smiles in Fort Wayne, IN for over 20 years.

Dr. Teel has also been an active educator and author. He has shared his knowledge of cosmetic and restorative dentistry with dentists from across America. He has lectured at numerous meetings and conferences in the US and Canada. Dr. Teel was an Associate Faculty member at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco where he traveled regularly to conduct live patient, hands-on courses in advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry. As a consultant to several dental manufacturers, he has helped test and develop new materials and techniques for the dental profession.

Dr. Teel is a lifelong learner and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education. He continues to stay on the forefront of the latest trends in cosmetic dentistry, as well as having an strong interest in orthodontics and dental implantology.

Dr. Teel is a member of the American Dental Association, Isaac Knapp District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He and his wife, Patrice, enjoy outdoor activities including biking, hiking, skiing and golfing. They are the proud parents of two children, Maria and Ethan.
